Yes. Tap Personalise, type your own message and preview your gift before continuing. Please check names, spelling and punctuation carefully, as we print your message exactly as submitted.
What comes with my jewellery?
Your jewellery arrives with your personalised message card, presented together in a black leatherette hinged jewellery box, so it’s ready to give. Standard UK delivery is free.
How long will my gift take to arrive?
Every piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2 working days for us to create your personalised gift, followed by 2–3 working days for UK delivery. Most orders arrive within 4–5 working days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery information
Can I change my message after ordering?
Please email hello@alittlemeaning.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll try to help before production begins, but we can’t guarantee a change will be possible once your order is placed.
Can personalised items be returned?
Because personalised pieces are made to your specification, they can’t be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind. Your statutory rights still apply if anything arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Returns policy
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Email hello@alittlemeaning.co.uk with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We’ll assess it and provide the remedy you’re entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may be a refund, repair or replacement. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days.
