A Little Meaning is an online-only store and does not operate a customer-facing retail premises at this address.

Orders and personalisation

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.

When you place an order for a personalised item, you are responsible for checking that any name, message or text you submit is correct, including spelling and punctuation.

We prepare personalised items using the wording you provide when personalising your gift. Please check your personalisation carefully before completing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, a pricing error, or content submitted for personalisation that is offensive, unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover a pricing error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding. You may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Our current processing times, estimated delivery times, delivery providers and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Most personalised orders are prepared within up to 2 working days and then typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and cancellations

Most A Little Meaning items are personalised and made to order.

Personalised goods may be exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation rights that apply to non-personalised goods.

Your rights regarding cancellations, returns, faulty goods, damaged items and refunds are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, designs and images, is owned by or licensed to A Little Meaning unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Website use

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business or systems.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to this, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
