We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses. UK Standard Delivery is free on every order.
Processing and estimates
Personalised jewellery is prepared to order. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders are then sent via Royal Mail or Evri and typically arrive within 2–3 working days, so most orders arrive within 4–5 working days of being placed.
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. Busy periods, address queries and carrier disruption can affect delivery.
Tracking is emailed when available. Please check spam or junk folders.
Delays and address errors
If your order has not arrived by the stated estimate, contact us with your order number. If you supplied an incorrect address, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment begins.
Damage
Keep the packaging, photograph the parcel and item, and contact us promptly so we can investigate.
