Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your rights under UK consumer law. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Personalised products
Most of our products are made to your specifications using the wording you provide. Clearly personalised or bespoke goods are not covered by the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. Check names, spelling, punctuation and your preview carefully before ordering.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after production starts.
Non-personalised products
For an eligible non-personalised item bought online, you may tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage.
Requesting help or a return
Email us with your order number, reason for the request and photographs if relevant. Do not send goods back until return instructions have been provided.

Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit. Standard delivery charges are refunded where required by law; upgraded delivery costs are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
